Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the DealersPro application and website, operated by DEALERSPRO SDN. BHD., company number 202601030872 (1692967-T).

Who may use DealersPro

DealersPro is for watch dealers and traders. You must be at least 18 and authorised to act for the business you represent.

Your account

You are responsible for the mobile number registered to your account and for activity under it. Tell us promptly if you believe it has been used without your permission.

Subscriptions

Access requires an active subscription. Fees, billing period and renewal terms are shown before you subscribe. Where a subscription is purchased through the App Store or Google Play, that store’s refund policy applies.

What DealersPro shows, and what it does not promise

DealersPro displays price information circulated by third parties in dealer groups. We do not verify it, we are not party to any transaction, and we do not guarantee that any price shown is accurate, current or available. Prices are read automatically from free text and may be misread. Treat what you see as a starting point for your own enquiry, not as an offer.

What you may not do

• Post listings that are false, or for goods you cannot supply
• Post another party’s contact details without permission
• Copy, scrape or redistribute the contents of the service in bulk
• Use the service to break any law that applies to you

Your listings

You keep ownership of what you post. You grant us permission to display it within the service to other users.

Suspension

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms.

Availability

We aim to keep the service running but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Market messages are retained for 30 days.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for trading losses, lost profits, or losses arising from reliance on price information shown in the service.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
