Privacy Policy

DEALERSPRO SDN. BHD. (“DealersPro”, “we”, “us”) operates the DealersPro mobile application and this website. This policy explains what we collect and why.

What we collect

• Mobile number. Used to create your account and sign you in. We send a one-time verification code by SMS.
• Display name. Shown to other dealers on listings you post.
• Listings you post. The text of any listing you submit through the app.
• Usage data. Technical information such as app version, device type and crash reports, used to keep the app working.

What we do not collect

We do not collect payment card details, and we do not sell personal data.

Market messages

The app displays price broadcasts circulated in dealer groups. These are shown as received. Messages are retained for 30 days, after which they are archived and no longer appear in search.

Who we share with

• Service providers who operate parts of the service on our behalf, including cloud hosting (Microsoft Azure) and SMS verification (Twilio). They may process data only on our instructions.
• Authorities, where we are required to by law.

Where data is held

Data is hosted on Microsoft Azure in Southeast Asia.

How long we keep it

Account data is kept while your account is active. Market messages are kept for 30 days. If you delete your account, your account data is removed.

Your choices

You can edit your display name in the app, and delete your account at any time from the profile screen. To ask what data we hold about you, email dev@dealerspro.com.

Children

DealersPro is a business tool and is not directed at anyone under 18.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date above and, where the change is significant, notify you in the app.
